Order processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping rates

• United States: Current Standard and Express rates are shown at checkout.
• France, Germany, Italy and Spain: $10 USD Standard Shipping on orders under $120 USD.
• Other international destinations: $15 USD Standard Shipping on orders under $120 USD.
• Free worldwide shipping: Available on orders of $120 USD or more after discounts.

Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are converted to the active market currency where local-currency checkout is available.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on the destination, carrier service and customs processing. Most parcels arrive within approximately 5–20 business days after dispatch. Any estimate displayed at checkout is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders might be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes, delays and damaged parcels
