We hope you love your Amoirelle bag. If it isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned under this 14-day return policy. 💗

Your right to request a return

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. After your return is approved, please send the item back within 14 days by following the return instructions we provide.

Return eligibility

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Returned items must be in their original condition, with packaging, tags and accessories included. We may reduce a refund if an item shows use, damage or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Starting a return

Visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item. Returns sent without authorization might not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Amoirelle will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Non-returnable items

Personalized items, gift cards and other items excluded from return by applicable law can’t be returned for change of mind. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before sending it back.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after the return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where required by law, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge; premium or express delivery upgrades are not refundable. We process approved refunds promptly, although your bank or card provider might need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another style or color is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
